In a publishing landscape that is often homogenized, and in which there are people who illegally appropriate the ideas of others, I consider it my duty to protect and declare the authorship of what I have invented, what I invent, what I have created, and what I create in an original and independent manner. This space is therefore born as an official and authentic declaration and register of my artistic production and my working method.
All rights reserved according to law.
No part of my works, my books, any written text of mine, volume, publication, nor of my ideas, my inventions, my creations and the innovative way in which I use existing graphic, narrative and stylistic techniques contained in any work, volume, book, written text, publication of mine (including the entire graphic apparatus, both inside the volume and outside, such as covers, back covers, endpapers and decorative elements) may be reproduced, stored or transmitted (not even free of charge) by any means without the prior written authorization of the author.
It is expressly prohibited to transfer, share, or transmit my volumes to third parties, whether in print or electronic format, for fee or free of charge. It is likewise prohibited to disclose, communicate, or reproduce the author’s ideas in any form (oral, written, digital, or through other means of communication).
The author reserves the right to take legal action in the event of a violation of these prohibitions.
The author holds the exclusive rights to all works created and published by her, her ideas, her inventions, and the innovative way in which she uses already existing graphic, narrative, and stylistic elements, and assumes no responsibility for the choices or actions taken by readers, nor by users visiting her website or her official communication channels.

This space responds to a simple and essential need: to defend the authorship of what I have realized, written, invented, and that I continue to conceive and to write. Everything that is the product of my intellectual work belongs exclusively to my production and may not be reproduced or plagiarized in any way.
